We are licensed and supervised by the Securities Market Agency of Slovenia (Agencija za trg vrednostnih papirjev, ATVP). We are authorised to provide, among others, the investment services of reception and transmission of orders, execution of orders on behalf of clients, and discretionary portfolio management (gospodarjenje s finančnimi instrumenti).

Capital at risk. Investing involves risk: the value of investments can go down as well as up, and you may get back less than you invested. Past performance and any simulated/back-tested performance are not reliable indicators of future results. Tax treatment depends on individual circumstances and current law, both of which can change.

In addition: managed strategies carry market risk; the Alpha strategy's concentration and focus on smaller companies can mean higher volatility, deeper drawdowns, and liquidity risk; the Company Cash solution is a low-risk managed investment in money-market instruments, not a guaranteed deposit, and its yield varies with interest rates. Full pre-contractual risk information is provided before any agreement.

We disclose all fees before you invest and in your periodic reports. We charge management, custody, and (where applicable) performance fees, and we cover trading/execution costs. A performance fee, where it applies, is charged subject to a high-water mark. Your assets are not on the firm's balance sheet. Client cash is held in fiduciary accounts at a bank, and securities are held by regulated custodians in a pooled client account, separate from the firm's own assets; our records show what belongs to whom. The firm's creditors cannot reach these assets.

Clients are covered by the statutory investor-compensation scheme up to €22,000 per investor, subject to its terms and conditions. This protects against the firm's failure to return client assets. It does not protect against investment losses.

We manage your money independently. We have no in-house funds or other products of our own that we are rewarded for selling. For bonds from other issuers offered in the app, the issuer pays us a placement fee. Where we receive or pay any inducement, or work with a referral partner, we disclose it to you as required.

A referral partner may introduce you to us. That is all a referral partner does: they do not give investment advice, present products or handle orders. We disclose any such arrangement to you in line with applicable rules.

If something isn't right, tell us. We want to fix it.

You can make a complaint by post (JonatanMars Invest, Dunajska cesta 165, 1000 Ljubljana), by email to podpora@jonatanmarsinvest.com, by phone (+386 40 766 577) or in person at our registered office. You will receive a written decision within 30 days at the latest. If you are not satisfied with it, you can, as a consumer, refer the matter to the European Centre for Dispute Resolution (Evropski center za reševanje sporov, ECDR), Tomšičeva ulica 6, Ljubljana. You can also complain to the ATVP.
